I often tell my clients (or anyone that will listen), you can change EVERYTHING about a home except its location. It's really important to me to help people get that part right.
A lot goes into that part of the decision. But it mostly boils down to lifestyle. What do you value? What do you like to do? Where do you hang out? How important are schools to you right now or in the next few years? The list goes on...
